## Ways to reach the team [#ways-to-reach-the-team]

| Chat in the app | In the web app, select the round chat button at the bottom right of the page. It isn't shown on **Bulk Photoshoot** pages. |
| Email | Write to [support@apparelai.studio](mailto:support@apparelai.studio). |
| Contact form | Open the [contact page](https://www.apparelai.app/contact), enter your name, email and message, and select **Send Message**. |
## What to include [#what-to-include]
The more the team knows, the faster they can help. Include:
- The [email address of your ApparelAI account](/account/sign-in#check-which-account-youre-signed-in-to).
- Where you use ApparelAI: the web app, the iOS app or the Android app.
- The project or product name, and a screenshot or the photo involved.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- For billing questions: where you subscribed (web, App Store or Google Play) and the date of the charge.
Don't send your password or full card details in a message.
## Billing and refunds [#billing-and-refunds]
Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple, and purchases made in the Android app are billed by Google Play. Refund requests for those purchases go to Apple or Google, not to ApparelAI. See [Change or cancel your plan](/billing/manage-subscription).
## Your data [#your-data]
To ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, or deletion of your data or account, email [support@apparelai.studio](mailto:support@apparelai.studio). For details, see the [Privacy Policy](https://www.apparelai.app/privacy-policy).
## Request a model [#request-a-model]
Can't find the model you need in the **Model gallery**? Select **Contact us** at the bottom of the gallery to email the team with your request. See [Choose a model](/photoshoots/models).
## Help choosing a plan [#help-choosing-a-plan]
Not sure which plan fits your catalog? Contact the team and tell them roughly how many products you shoot each month. To compare plans yourself, see [Compare plans](/billing/plans).
